I found this on t'internet ... "Lodge St Olaf 1188 are an established benevolent organisation located in Cruden Bay since 1919. They are 1 of 14 Lodges located in Aberdeenshire East, all of which are delighted to welcome visitors to their regular meetings. The Antient, Free and Accepted Lodge of Scottish Freemasons have been meeting in Cruden Bay since 1919 since when the “Lodge” has been a popular centre of friendship for hundreds of village men. The local lodge in Cruden Bay, like all Masonic lodges is actively involved in benevolent and charitable causes, and fund raises on an ongoing basis to provide support and assistance where it is needed. Lodge St Olaf, although only a small village lodge, has donated tens of thousands of pounds to local causes since its inauguration in 1919, and remains committed to the self same principles to this day"Looks like a great excuse to get pissed very pleasant pastime, as well as generating loads of money for charity. The lettering on the band's stage/raft looks very much like the handiwork of Mister Christine, so I assume that's more than a coincidence? I think you've mentioned that you play the guitar, Roger, but I can't pick out you in these photos. Maybe the beer tent was still open?

Nothing to do with me, Rob! I've seen this photo some time ago and, yes, that is definitely Andrew's lettering---obviously blown up from a print. If they ever make the big time, I'll be straight in.
